Upon returning from a tour of Japan, a flamenco artist, family of Antonio González Batista, El Pescadilla, is set to make his dream come true: to set up a LISTENING BAR in Barcelona, which will be called “El Pescadilla”. He asks Lolita Flores to sponsor the project. Both artists delve into the flamenco nights of Barcelona in search of artists to perform at the opening party.

The three-part documentary series is based on the narrative of the physical and metaphorical journey through the flamenco nights of Barcelona. The series will combine conversations, stagings and archives to explain the influence of El Pescadilla on the musical culture of our country. Around the creation of the Listening Bar, each episode will focus on different aspects of his personal life, musical legacy and interaction with other figures of culture and music.
